Tiny Torque Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: October 11, 2024
Tiny Torque values customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges. Please review the policy below carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You received the incorrect item.
Note: The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping fees.
2. 14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To qualify:
- The item must be in the same condition as when received.
- It must be unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tinytorque.com. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where and how to send your package. You will need to cover the return shipping cost.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@tinytorque.com so we can resolve the issue.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Note: Custom products and items with signs of use or missing packaging/labels do not qualify for returns or refunds.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please:
- Request a return for the original item if it qualifies.
- Place a new order for the item you want once the return is approved.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers in the European Union: You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
