Tiny Torque Shipping Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Tiny Torque! We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders reach you in the best condition and within a reasonable timeframe. Please carefully review the following Shipping Terms & Conditions to understand how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. General Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

1.2 Order Confirmation:

  • Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and includes details about the products purchased.

1.3 Inventory Status:

  • In-Stock Items: Products labeled as "In Stock" or "Same Day Shipping" will ship within 24 hours from the time of purchase, directly from our warehouse.

  • Out-of-Stock or Backordered Items: Many of the products listed are sourced to order from one of our trusted partners or distributors. Products not currently in stock at our warehouse will be sourced directly from these trusted distributors as soon as your order is confirmed. These items typically ship within 14 business days, depending on the distributor’s processing times. We will keep you updated on the status of your order and provide tracking information as soon as it ships.

  • Preorders: Items marked as "Preorder" are products that are not yet available for immediate shipping but can be reserved ahead of their release date. Please note that release dates are subject to change based on the manufacturer's schedule. As soon as the preorder item is available, it will be shipped to you immediately, and you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. If you order multiple items, including both in-stock and preorder items, we may ship the in-stock items separately to avoid delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

2.1 Shipping Methods:

  • We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs, depending on the size and weight of your order:

    • Economy Shipping (5 to 8 business days):

      • Orders $50.00 and up: Free shipping.

      • Orders 0lb–5lb: $4.90 shipping fee.

      • Orders 5lb and up: $9.80 shipping fee.

  • During checkout, you can choose from the available shipping options based on your order’s weight and total value. More shipping options may be available for an additional fee and shorter delivery times, depending on your location.

2.2 Estimated Delivery Times:

  • In-Stock Items: Orders containing only in-stock items will typically be delivered within 5-8 business days, depending on available methods of shipping.

  • Out-of-Stock, Backordered, and Sourced to Order Items: Delivery times for items sourced from our distributors vary, but most orders are delivered within 14 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Pre-Order Items: Items available for pre-order will ship as soon as they are available. 

2.3 Multiple Shipments:

  • If your order contains a combination of in-stock and out-of-stock items, we may ship the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items as they become available. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for multiple shipments.

2.4 Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the destination address, and the total weight/size of the order. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. International Shipping

3.1 Availability:

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

4. Order Tracking

4.1 Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

4.2 Delivery Issues:

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@tinytorque.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Shipping Restrictions

5.1 P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

6. Order Cancellations, Modifications, and Returns

6.1 Order Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped. Please contact our Customer Service team at hello@tinytorque.com to request a cancellation. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to initiate a return.

  • Delayed Shipments: If there is a significant delay in processing your order (e.g., beyond our typical processing time of 14 business days for items sourced from our distributor), we will notify you via email with an updated shipping estimate. At that time, you will have the option to either:

    • Continue with the order and await the new estimated delivery date, or

    • Cancel the order for a full refund.

We understand that timely delivery is important to our customers, and we are committed to keeping you informed throughout the process. If your order is taking longer than expected and you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will accommodate your request.

6.2 Order Modifications:

  • To request changes to your order (e.g., shipping address, item quantity), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order (before 5pm for same day shipping orders). We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.

6.3 Returns & Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return.

7. Delayed or Undeliverable Packages

7.1 Delayed Packages:

  • While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather events, carrier delays) may cause delays. We will notify you if your delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

7.2 Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
